Birmingham Moor Street How to

Introduction

Birmingham Moore Street is one of the three main train stations in the heart of Birmingham, England, in addition to Birmingham New Street and Birmingham Snow Mountain.

Today's Moor Street Station is a combination of the original station, opened by the Great Western Railway in 1909, as the terminus of the local train, and a newer Moore Street station, with a platform, not far from the original site, in 1987 Open, replace the original. The two were merged into one station in 2002, when they were reopened and restored, and the new station was rebuilt in a matching manner.

Platform

It is also a relatively easy to use station because it has the size of a downtown station and the modern facilities expected by modern travelers are met without changing the original features of the station.

Stations 2 - 4 have horizontal access to the main hall, and there is also a footbridge connecting the hall to the platform 1. There is an elevator at each end of the bridge, so you don't have to use stairs.

Most of the train services to and from Birmingham use New Street Station, but these are the main services and usually arrive and leave Moore Street every hour.
